Healthy Carrot Fries

If you haven’t tried these, you’re missing out 😍😍 These healthy snacks are such a great way to get in your vegetables. They are very tasty too! My youngest child (Toby) loves helping me make recipes like this one because they involve using little ingredients and getting your hands messy!

Carrots are a particularly good source of Vitamin A, Beta Carotene and Antioxidants, and they also have a variety of other great health benefits.

They make a very weight loss friendly snack option, and I guarantee they will fill you up for a long time.

Recipe:
- carrots
- cornflour
- paprika
- S&P
- garlic powder
- oregano
- olive oil

Slice your raw carrots, cover with a sprinkle of corn flour until the carrots are coated. Add 1 tbsp olive oil. Go wild with your condiments! The more flavour the better 😍

Air fry for 15 minutes (or if you want them crispier, 20-25 mins)

For the dipping sauce, I used a dollop of light mayo with paprika.
