Hey, I’m Becky

I live in South Wales, UK with my beautiful family. My eldest Alexis is 12, and my youngest Toby is 4. We have a golden retreiver named Alfie who’s pretty much like a 3rd child!

A little snippet about me…I love spending time outdoors, adventuring, travelling, anything music related, beaches, forests, mojitos, dancing like no body’s watching, my kitchen, FOOD, and anything fitness related! I’m also a minimalist, I like to live as stress free as possible, and spend my time and energy on the things that matter most.

I’m hugely passionate about helping others better their health, which is why R A Nutrition began over 3 years ago.
